Yoga is for everyone
Everyone is unique. The idea behind Pure Yoga really evolved naturally as a more individual-focused method than typical yoga classes. Just as every plant in your garden may have the same basic needs, each is uniquely different. The same with all of us, I believe tending to a person's individual needs helps them blossom and grow to their full potential.
What makes Pure Yoga different
We will start precisely where you are in your own personal journey.
-
Helping you regain confidence in your body, in your strength, learn to access the joy you can experience through movement
-
Harmonizing your body, reintegrating areas that have been separated by injury or neglect
-
The concentration required in an asana takes you away from the stream of inner dialogue into a place of calm and clarity.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes, and they are short and intense. 90 minute lessons are available if you want to go into more depth. My groups are restricted in size so I can correct, adjust and offer variations to each participant.
